thriving has helped my wellbeing. When I started the course I was feeling quite low and lost. I’ve recently started a new role in my organisation and I was spending a lot of time feeling ‘defeated’. For a positive and happy person, I was feeling really fatalistic! Since starting the thriving programme I have reengaged with my meditation and yoga practice (which I stopped during lockdown), I’ve been exercising and eating healthier, waking up with a clearer mind and actively being more mindful. If an unhappy thought creeps into my head, I think of Mark. So thriving has been the best improvement to my wellbeing since the beginning of the first lockdown!
