That’s where your Personal SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) Strategy comes in. In this session, you’ll use it to:

  • Recognise when you’re overusing strengths and slipping off balance.
  • Spot blind spots that might hold you back personally and in how you connect with and collaborate with others.
