It’s December already and Christmas is just around the corner … for many people and maybe for you it means: turning off your laptop for a while, wrapping and unwrapping presents, eating and drinking as much as you like, seeing friends, family and loved ones. The atmosphere of goodwill and cheer.

Well, quite a lot, actually. Christmas is a source of great stress for many. It turns out there are a surprising number of elements that can, and often do, lead to an increase in stress, rather than the opposite.
