Festive 5 to Thrive

Festive 5 to Thrive

Your simple guide to a stress-free Christmas

Christmas … for many people and maybe for you, it means: turning off your laptop for a while, wrapping and unwrapping presents, eating and drinking as much as you like, seeing friends, family and loved ones. The atmosphere of goodwill and cheer.

What’s not to love?

Well, quite a lot, actually. Christmas is a source of great stress for many.  It turns out there are a surprising number of elements that can, and often do, lead to an increase in stress, rather than the opposite.

In this Keep Your Thrive Alive (KYTA) video, we’re going to have a much-needed and honest look at the 5 main stressors around this time of year and share practical tips on what you can do to address each of them.

You’ll come away with your very own Festive 5 to Thrive, personal strategies to help you, and the people you love most… thrive over the holidays and into the new year.

If you’d like to help your colleagues have their best Christmas ever, we’ve also developed a festive and fun 60 minute thrivinar called A Healthy Happy Christmas. We have limited thrivinars available in December,  you can book some time in Mark’s diary to find out more here

We wish you a healthy, happy Christmas!

These are great tips Mark – I now plan to go out for a walk each day and I also reduce my own expectations and to do list. I am definitely going to write a ‘to don’t’ list!!

A great reminder of how to really enjoy the festive season. I intend to reduce the pressure on myself by letting others help with the preparation and will invite everyone to come with a game in mind to share!
    Thank you Mark as always!

Love this. Setting very low expectations is a great idea as sometimes we’re our own worst enemy which leads to tension and disappointment
