How are you getting on with hybrid working?

This week the thriving team ventured out to deliver our first face to face workshops in 20 months.  We loved it…but it wasn’t easy.

What will the future of work look like for you, your team and your organisation?  It’s really hard to know.

One thing is certain, hybrid working is here to stay, but it’s new and we’re just beginning to get our heads around it.

It’s complex – every company, every department, every team will be implementing things differently.  With variations in policies, team needs and personal preferences, it’s so easy to get wrong!

2021 has been branded the #thegreatresignation with over 40% of employees currently considering leaving their job.

So, getting hybrid working right is key to both retaining and attracting talent.  Hybrid working can be stressful for both leaders and employees as we try to get it working effectively

Della is a Hybrid Working Pioneer having set up the first agile teams in Deloitte 10 years ago.  She shares a brilliant model she’s developed which will help you have positive conversations at work to find solutions to meet your wellbeing needs.

    Great conversation Mark, this stands out – “letting people work in the way that suits them = happy engaged employees = better performance”. Duh! Love the 4 W’s model too.
