Hybrid working remains a hot topic.  50% of UK employees would consider quitting if their employers didn’t offer a solution that works for them..

The stats are worrying.  At the root of the challenge there seems to be a common mismatch: in general colleagues want to work from home more, whilst most companies want them back in the office more of the time.

We’re seeing the impact first hand.  With so many colleagues resigning, it means increased workload and stress for those who stay, which creates even more desire to leave.

But it’s not all doom and gloom.

    Great conversation Mark, this stands out – “letting people work in the way that suits them = happy engaged employees = better performance”. Duh! Love the 4 W’s model too.
